Our client based in Altrincham is looking to recruit a Project / Logistic Administrator on a permanent basis...

Salary: £24,000

Office-Based: Mon - Fri 9-5:30

This role will be a newly created role to take certain tasks from both the project office and warehouse bringing the 2 roles into 1 role linking the departments, it will be a computer-based admin role with previous experience required. Tasks will include:

Acting as a link between departments (project, warehousing & logistics)

Raising quotes and purchase orders through sage

Allocating orders/backorders

Checking deliveries through courier portals

Transferring stock through Sage

Maintaining engineer van stocks

Chasing stock discrepancies

Collecting data and reporting

Producing quotes for project work

Updating engineers with job specs

Previous relevant experience is required along with the following key skills:-

Time management

Communication

Excel knowledge

Knowledge of Sage
