An established brand whose foundations are rooted in the North West are looking for a Mechanical Building Services Consultant to join the Building Services team. This company has gone through some positive change in the last two years and significant organic growth which they are hoping you will be part of. They have opened further offices in the region servicing local Council frameworks, social housing projects and private developments across multiple sectors including Healthcare, Rail, Commercial and Industrial. In the last 18 months, they began the process of opening an office in Liverpool near the Baltic Triangle where they are again hoping to service with a compliment of engineers, this is their third office. It is a great time to be joining an engineering brand who is ambitious and motivated to become the largest independent Building Services company in the country.

This is a business in Chester that develops its staff, they offer the opportunity for further education, or if you have achieved everything educationally that you want to, they encourage participation in CIBSE CPD's, Seminars and any other applicable events related to a Mechanical Building Services Engineer.

To fulfil this role in Chester, we are looking for an Mechanical Building Services Engineer with experience and knowledge of the standard Mechanical applications including being proficient in the use of Hevacomo, Cymap and IES as well as having capabilities on Autocad and Revit. Eventually this will be the full ensemble of your workload, offering you diversity and challenges daily.

You will need to be registered with the relevant engineering councils, e.g. CIBSE or be motivated to get that started and my client would encourage Chartership in your future.
