Join us and make a difference.Position SummarySupport Payroll specialists for dedicated markets to help ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned country payroll services to ensure compliant with the organization and legal requirements; respond to the payroll operations queries. Help to provide data for data requests from third parties and internal stakeholders. Provide cover for specialists on agreed markets during absence.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Payroll specialists with Market related tasks for a number of defined countriesHelp to monitor and resolve payroll cases and tasks assigned via the Service Now platformComplete data requests for market stakeholders and third partiesProvide cover for Payroll related tasks during absence of Market specialistsCollaborate with other People services teams to provide market specific data that may be neededProvide support for any market related projectsDesired requirementsExcellent written and oral communication skills - EnglishExperience with end-to -end payroll processingCustomer-focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of peopleKnowledgeable of MS Office suite, particularly Excel.Experience working in a Shared Services environmentPreferred requirementsYou will have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, be well organized, and have a history of meeting or exceeding deadlines.Excellent interpersonal communication skillsYou will be a self-starter, highly motivated, and work with minimal supervisionDesire to work in a high volume, change oriented, complex environment.We can offerFlexible working - flexible start and finish times, 50% home/office workingDomestic and international relocation supportVisa sponsorshipCareer and qualifications supportAround the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious diseases.
