Reception, KS1 and KS2 Teachers required for Primary Schools in Chester

Your new company
You will be working as a Primary School Teacher for the Chester's market leader, that has exclusive partnerships with schools across the peninsula. These Primary Teaching opportunities are on a long-term or daily supply cover basis. Due to an increase in demand from Chester schools across the area we are looking for experienced and newly qualified Primary Teachers to fill these vacancies.

Your new role
You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs and lifestyle. Working for Hays Education will enable you to work on a full time or part time basis to suit your commitments. As a Hays Education Primary Supply Teacher you will be able to work in a variety of schools from one form to large three and four form entry schools, and in range of year groups and school cultures.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Primary Supply Teacher you will need to have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last five years, either within a mainstream or SEND school. You will need to be an approachable, friendly and patient Teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, and quickly build rapport with pupils, staff and parents. You will be able to employ a range of effective behaviour management strategies and demonstrate a professional manor at all times. It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucial when speaking to pupils and other staff in the school.
