*What is the role?*

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Complex Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team and provide support throughout the day and night to our client at their home in Congleton.

she is a bubbly and outgoing lady in her 50s with learning disabilities, epilepsy, anxiety and a Urostomy. Support will include personal care, regular moving & handling with appropriate equipment, medication, food and fluid preparation, occasional assistance with feeding, bowel management, urostomy care. Accessing the community daily and days out. exercising, BIPAP & oxygen therapy, saturation monitoring, cough assist and is fed via a PEG.

The package requires a dedicated, flexible, consistent, and reliable support worker who will get to know the service user and anticipate their needs.

FULL training will be provided, and clinical experience is not essential - although may be considered advantageous, training and competencies could include:

- Epilepsy & Buccal

- Urostomy

- Bowel management

*­Full UK Driving Licence & business insurance is essential. *
