We are recruiting for account executives to support ongoing client management. With extensive product and process knowledge and understanding of Assurant operational processes, you will report to either the Account Manager or the Account Director and have direct access to key client contacts. You may also assist in the ongoing development of sales strategies bringing these to life trough scheme performance MI and market trends. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and confident communication skills. Have a fine eye for detail and not be afraid to challenge the norm.
Other responsibilities include;
Providing support for the client management team and our clients.
Producing weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports and MI suites to satisfy contractual and regulatory requirements
Working with Client manager and client Director to develop and deliver growth strategies
Understanding of the markets we operate in
Ensuring what gets said gets done.
Handling complaints to closure and dealing with any ad hoc client query

You will have the following skills;
Experience in a client facing role
An self starter who can work under minimum supervision
Driven individual who works well under time pressure
Have the ability to multi task.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills.
Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software
