Overview / Responsibilities

Wood Power Solutions Business have a requirement for a Proposals Coordinator, to support our Proposals Manager on a full-time basis

This is an immediate start and we anticipate the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in working to tight deadlines and under pressure. This role can be home based or based in any one of our UK offices.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to the Business in winning work and acquiring business through the development of prequalification and proposal submissions
  • Development and completion of compelling prequalification and tender documents that meet customer requirements
  • Document formatting and grammatical review of documentation
  • Undertake general administrative tasks including inbox management and email distribution to appropriate individuals
  • Use of client online portals and management/ distribution of client communications
  • Collate and issue any correspondence as required - e.g. raise Tender Queries and coordinate feedback received from the various departments to our clients
  • Liaise with teams and hold skype calls as necessary to provide updates and track tender progress.


Skills / Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE Grade C and above (Technical/Engineering, English, Science, Maths) and/or NVQ 3
  • Proven experience in a Bid, Proposals or Administrative role
  • IT Literate in major software packages
  • Excellent English language skills and ability to grammatically proof documents
  • Driven and proactive with the ability to work on own initiative to meet the demands of the role.
