Sales Administrator
Our client, a national technical business based in the Northwich area, is now looking to recruit a Contracts OR Sales OR Project Administrator to join their team on a permanent FULL TIME basis!
This role is very varied, and will involve arranging for installation teams to be on site as required and that they have the equipment and parts required, order processing, ordering in any parts not in stock, as well as liaising with the customer throughout the process!
Key duties will include:
* Processing of customer orders for new products, spares & repairs
* Ordering in any non-stocked parts for specific jobs
* CE marking/certification of products for customers
* Handling the return of faulty products with our suppliers
* Handling and recording of non-conformance of manufactured products
* Handling and recording of customer complaints regarding manufactured products
* Send out and record customer satisfaction surveys (ISO requirement)
* Hiring in of equipment (scissor lifts & floor saws, etc.)
* Producing RAMS for work being carried out on site
* Ordering transport for supply only jobs
* Booking jobs in with client's installation dates
* Liaise with Engineers/Fitters on site attendance / installations
* Telephone answering, logging call outs/repairs onto system
* Taking messages & putting calls through to appropriate people
* Learn client bespoke online systems for raising tasks, invoicing, etc.
* General admin filing
* Stationary stock
