In order to support significant business growth across our Group of companies, we are looking to appoint a dynamic Head of Organisational Development who will assume responsibility for developing, implementing and continuously reviewing our People strategy throughout the organisation. 'Excellence in execution' is how we have continued to achieve growth via our business strategy and the Head of Organisational Development will play a pivotal role in moving our People Plan forward.

Key responsibilities will include leading a team of people professionals in the development and execution of the strategy, and providing people frameworks and services which ensure managers are equipped to lead and optimise people, systems and operations, acquiring and retaining industry talent. Areas of focus for the Head of Organisational Development include: Reward and Performance, Resourcing and Acquisition, Development & Talent, Engagement, HR Governance and Insight and Strategy.

The ideal candidate will be MCIPD, or equivalent via experience, and be able to demonstrate the following:

Several years' experience leading a team of HR SMEs across the employment cycle
Ability to bring plenty of insights and evidence to the business, helping to inform decisions and bring outside learning 'in'
Experience of leading on creating and mobilising strategies and plans in relation to attraction, development and progressing HR methods and practice in organisations
Naturally passionate about people, curious and persistent in driving positive change and willing to challenge processes and ways of working to optimise people and business performance
A demonstrable track record of achievement in developing and maintaining an HR governance and reporting regime and have experience in creating and implementing Reward & Performance strategies.
