Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a pro-active individual to deliver continual improvement to the training programme in support of service delivery. You will be an ex-military or emergency services individual who has proven experience working within security industries.

What will you be doing?

As an Emergency Response Trainer you may be required to do occasional unsociable hours in order to deliver training.

Your duties will include:
• Regularly deliver agreed /assured training in-line with the training programme.
• Writing, reviewing and assuring training to be delivered to the customer. To maintain CPD within a training role
• Maintaining records where appropriate and necessary and completing all required documentation. Ensuring secure storage of documents.
• Carrying out Control Room duties as required. Monitoring CCTV and security systems - Assessments of risks to the site through the use of CCTV. Monitor alarm systems.
• Carrying out duties aligned to the site security and safety on a BAU and Incident Response basis, responding to security, fire and safety incidents when required to do so.

The experience you'll bring
• Must have L3 or above in training delivery accredited in adult learning
• Military, law enforcement or emergency services background.
• You must hold or have the ability to obtain SC security clearance
• Previous experience of training preparation, assurance and delivery.
