*What is the role?*

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Complex Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team and provide support throughout the night to our client at their family home in Wrexham.

Our client is a 19-year-old male with west syndrome and epilepsy, he is non-verbal but can express emotions, he requires help with personal care, uses a wheelchair while accessing the community.

all fluids administered via PEG and he has a VNS in situ for seizure management. He is very sociable and enjoys company.

The package requires a dedicated, flexible, consistent, and reliable support worker who will get to know the service user and anticipate their needs.

Full UK Driving Licence is essential

Full clinical updates will be provided, and competencies could include:

- PEG

- Epilepsy & Buccal administration
