Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.We are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.THE POSITION:The AV Field Technician will join the AV Field EMEA and UK team that are deployed to client sites based across UK, Ireland and EMEA for the installation and de-commissioning of AV/TelePresence products.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Installation and de-installation of AV/TelePresence productsConfiguration of endpoints and infrastructurePreparation of room audits ensuring technology can work at optimum levelPerforms preventative maintenance to insure equipment and room is ready for useResponsible for identifying defective/failed equipment and providing solutionsCompletion of Post Installation AssessmentsPerform on site User Acceptance testingInstall software upgradesAct as a point of escalation for technical issues and provide solutions for ongoing faultsWorking as part of the EOS team providing AV solutions and services on site interfacing with the designated client in line with the customer requirements and service level agreementCommunicates with management team throughout the day, as it relates to assignmentsProject reporting and updatingDocument and report hardware failures also Manages Break/Fix and RMA requests as neededSupervise, instruct and help with rack building processesTravel to customer sites across UK, Ireland and EMEA as required WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:Must have similar experience working on AV/ VC integrationsMust be agile, and exhibit a strong sense of urgencyMust be willing and able to travel across UK, Ireland and EMEAMust be responsive, efficient, have excellent customer interaction, and exhibit a high level of professionalismThe ideal candidate will not find difficult tech problems deterring or frustrating, but intriguing and will welcome the challengeMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, under immense pressure.
