Well established manufacturing business with a requirement for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Salary \u00A320,000 - \u00A322,000 depending on experience, working in the office in central Fife with COVID regulations in place.

Your new role

Based within a busy department, your role will involve processing sales orders, responding to phone calls and emails from customers regarding their orders, assisting with customer and supplier invoicing, weekly stock sheets, liaising with other departments including finance along with other general ad hoc administrative duties.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in, ideally a sales administrator role along with a strong customer service background, good communication, organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask. You will also have a good understanding of Microsoft packages i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
