A dynamic Educational organisation based in Cheltenham are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their rapidly growing team at an exciting time for the organisation.
Your new role
The organisation are seeking an enthusiastic Service Desk Engineer to play a key role contributing towards the front line support of their IT Services. The business continues to expand their existing core IT as well as implementing new technology and innovations both on-premises and public cloud. If you are keen to develop new skills and get your hands on the latest technology this could be the role for you!
What you'll need to succeed
* Solid technical knowledge and experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience with an IT Service Desk
* Troubleshooting, both hardware and software knowledge
* Able to work independently and as a team
* Can do attitude
