Job description

NRL are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to work with a client of ours on a 6-month contract. The role is based in London Bridge but will be a hybrid of both site-based and remote working.Role Responsibilities:Maintain databases and records as required by the Land and Consents teamUndertake document production as requiredCo-ordinate meetings, agenda and minutes as requiredUndertake email and diary management for the Land and Consents Director and Team if requiredCoordinate information collection and dissemination across the team including for the Land and Consent Director's reportsDevelop reports and presentations as required including maintaining appropriate recordsMaintain comprehensive records of key business decisions and document control as requiredMake travel arrangements as requiredTake responsibility of your own and others' health and safety by adopting and working to our client's Health and Safety principles.Co-operate with our client in all matters relating to health and safety, including following safe working procedures at all times.Act as a role model for our client's vision and values, behaving in ways that are aligned with our client's Ways of Working, as well as encouraging and supporting others to do so too.Promote diversity in the workplace and adopt appropriate behaviour when interacting with colleaguesRole Requirements:Strong communications and attention to detail skills (essential)Strong organisational skills and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft and other IT applications (essential)At ease with, and having an appetite for, technological change (desirable)Qualification in Business administration or related field (essential)Membership of a relevant professional body (desirable)Good Time management and organisational behaviours (essential)Able to multi-task and strictly manage diariesHigh levels of attention to detailAbility to work within a teamKnowledge of general administrative procedures (desirable)Good working knowledge of Microsoft and related IT packagesOffice Administration practices and processesCalendar management using electronic systemsBroad experience of working as admin assistant for a complex, safety focused and regulated organisation with multiple complex interfaces, and delivering to time budget and quality (essential)What's in it for you:Stable contract durationCompetitive hourly rate
