Job description

I am on the lookout for a Construction Administrator to join my client based on site in SW London! You will be working for a top tier contractor.

This is a contract role, due to go on until at least March 2022. However, it is more then likely the role will be extended / you will be offered a permanent role!

Working for a top tier construction companyRoles and Responsibilities of a Secretary / Administrator:

Setting up meetings for Directors / Managers
Diary Management
Book meeting rooms
Ordering office supplies
in charge of visitors when required
main point of contact
Ordering materials / PPE when necessary
Ad Hoc administration duties if needed
Liaising with other teams Candidate Requirements:

ideally worked in an Office Admin / Secretarial role
Must have previous experience working on site or main office in construction
Have strong attention to detail
Be competent in using Excel
