Then read on.We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our IT Application Support team providing technical support for all our users across the UK and the rest of the world. This is an exciting time to join The Technology Operations team within Innocent. We are currently transforming the systems and environments that we use, with a shift towards the Microsoft Azure Cloud and a new ERP system on the horizon (Dynamics 365). You will be responsible for supporting a wide range of systems, from software that helps our finance team keep track of millions of pounds worth of transactions to systems which need to be running 24x7 so customers can place orders, the systems which keep our lorries on the road delivering all those lovely drinks and everything in between.Working in a fast paced environment, your database, analytical and problem solving skills will be put to the test resolving issues across a wide range of data driven solutions across our business. You'll perform low level troubleshooting using your SQL skills and provide technical support for our core financial and supply chain processes, currently using Microsoft Dynamics GP working with our external MS Dynamics partner, SQL Server and SSIS. As part of resolving support queries, you will often need to recommend and implement data or bug fixes and will take responsibility for testing, change management, and preparing technical and user documentation and training.You'll also get involved in testing and deploying enhancements, service packs and version upgrades to our packaged and custom developed solutions. Working as part of a well established and experienced IT team, and reporting into one of our technical leads, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills as well as your business understanding.you'll haveThat's us, what about you?
