Position Summary

As an Associate Manager you will assist in the leading a group of high-performing Support Engineers who are passionate about problem solving, customer service, and professional development. You will be responsible for attracting, hiring, retaining, and supervising your team and for ensuring that they have the necessary support to consistently meet and exceed expectations for case quality and knowledge centered support. You will also be the first point of contact for Information Security queries from internal stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities
- Support Management in ensuring the Support Engineering staff have access to the skills, tools, and processes required to resolve cases with quality, efficiency, and high customer satisfaction
- Support with the recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of Support Engineers
- Drive continuous improvement of Support Engineering processes and tools to increase case quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate Support Engineering team policies and processes to internal stakeholders and customers as needed
- Manage backlog for all customer cases in portfolio with a focus on SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
- Manage customer queries in relation to policy, security, and outsourcing providers
- Monitoring and reporting on nCino's Service Level Performance to clients
- Keep abreast of latest security and GDPR legislation, regulations, advisories, alerts, and vulnerabilities pertaining to the company and its mission.
- Build knowledge of business continuity planning, auditing, and risk management and contribute to their continuous review and improvement
- Ensure company policies support compliance with external requirements
- Act as the EMEA information security and compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) and assist with requirements around vendor due diligence, information security and compliance. Assist in completion of security and compliance related questionnaires
- Act as the local EMEA point of contact for the US InfoSec team.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years functional experience, or combination of experience, education, and extraordinary performance
- Proven success as a coach and mentor of technical staff
- Demonstrated dedication to customer service, customer satisfaction, and quality technical case work
- Ability to motivate yourself and others, prioritize your own work, and adapt and thrive in a dynamic team environment
- Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Minimum of 2 years in an audit, risk management, compliance or information security role in Financial Services or combination of education, experience, & superior performance
- 2+ years of IT Service Management experience
- Minimum of 2 years in GDPR experience
- Experience with outsourcing contracts
Desired:
- Ability to travel when required
- Experience with the Salesforce Platform, particularly supporting managed packages
- Salesforce certified; Security, Feature /Functionality
