Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy.About the team:We are looking for Partnership Managers to join the Key Account Sales Team in London who will focus on leading eComm clients. This team is a critical driver of innovation within TikTok's Global Business Solutions org and helps support the overall company vision of growing deep relationships with some of the UK's top brands within the fashion, beauty and retail categories.As a member of this team, you are expected to drive consultative engagements with C-level executives and drive business growth for our clients with our marketing solutions. Working closely with our Product and Engineering teams you will have the opportunity to grow and have impact by developing scalable solutions for some of our top fashion, beauty and retail partners.Responsibilities:Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunitiesUse a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions that tie to client business objectivesUpdate clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practicesCreate compelling sales propositions utilizing consumer trends, market knowledge and data-driven insightsLiaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiativesDevelop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services and contribute to the development of thought leadershipBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in either a commercial role at a technology-driven company, performance agency or brandProven knowledge and understanding of performance and acquisition marketingStrong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makersData driven decision maker with strong analytical thinkingCreative, outside-the-box thinker and strategistExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to win the support of senior stakeholdersWillingness to learn quickly and keep up to date with industry and marketing-focused trendsPassion for TikTok, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
