Job Title: Business Development Manager
Reports to: Managing Director - INTOO UK & Ireland
Location: Home based with travel required (2 vacancies are sought - London/South East as well as South/West Midlands)

Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will take responsibility for building and developing a revenue stream to achieve new business revenues in in excess of £200k-325K p.a. The Business Development Manager will be focused on the growth and the development of the INTOO UK & Ireland business. Engaging with HR and other stakeholders across the UK & Ireland (and beyond), they will work to develop the INTOO brand and reputation whilst generating new sales, revenue streams and relationships.
Our service portfolio includes - Executive Coaching; Leadership Services; Outplacement; Career-Development; Change workshops and Mentoring support. Full training will be given however an interest in, or knowledge of, these services would be advantageous.

Key Accountability's and Responsibilities
Generate a strong pipeline of new business from new and current clients:
* Develop a client portfolio through the acquisition of profitable new customers aligned to a segmentation and profit model.
* Utilise the INTOO CRM database (Salesforce) and strategy to engage the market, deploying marketing resources effectively to generate sales opportunities.
* To create and implement a business development plan identifying opportunities within prospective clients, and a clear (SMART) plan to achieve those targets.
Achieve high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business:
* Ensure that strong relationships are built in order to meet/exceed client expectations and achieve budgeted income and margin targets
* Working with the Delivery team to ensure we always put the 'best team' and 'best solution' forward for each sales opportunity
* To work with capability colleagues and other solutions personnel, to develop and scope the best solution. Ultimately, to be responsible for and have ownership of the solution.
Ensure all services/projects are sold at agreed margin targets and agreed with capabilities:
* Ensure all proposals/offers to clients are properly costed and agreed with the relevant capabilities, so we know we can profitably deliver what we have sold in a timely manner
* Provide accurate forecasts and detailed pipeline analysis
Identify opportunities for service development:
* Identify current and potential clients at the 'leading edge'; understand their needs
* Collect market intelligence on what our competitors are doing that is different or innovative; ensure this learning helps to drive our service development plans
* Play an active role in helping to test and develop service innovations with clients
* Ensure when service developments are launched you are fully behind them and drive their success
* To develop and implement marketing strategies in conjunction with the INTOO Marketing team to build brand recognition and reputation. Run relevant marketing events, attend HR conferences and utilise social media and other e-marketing tools to expand networks and drive brand recognition and incoming enquiries.
Contribute towards team success and cohesiveness:
* To develop strong relationships with the wider INTOO and Gi businesses (in the UK & Ireland and globally) enabling the development of new relationships with established group clients.
* Support marketing initiatives across the organisation both 'in-person' and via social media.
* Work with the wider Career Star Group (CSG) to develop relationships with UK HR teams of CSG clients, managing account relationships where appropriate to facilitate the effective delivery of services and reporting requirements. (potentially including some overseas travel)
ABOUT YOU:
* Organised, self-starter who can leverage opportunities and 'make things happen'
* Ability to think laterally, determine solutions and support clients with their people requirements - this is a consultative sales role
* Experience selling professional services into HRD's, COO's, L&D, MD's and CEO's an advantage
