In the modern world of next day delivery and where the purchase of almost anything is only a click away, our International Freight Forwarding teams work all year round to plan the transportation of goods across the world by air, sea and land on behalf of our customers.Your RoleThe Business Information Team is part of the Sales organisation and has over the last few years made a significant impact through improved visibility of the Company's key metrics such as Sales performance and Customer visibility. The team is tasked with supporting all levels of UK Sales and Senior Management with some of the more technical elements of Sales, including reporting of Sales results, Customer segmentation, Sales Targeting and the development and tracking of Bonus/Incentive schemes etc. Our Business Information Apprenticeship is a 24 month programme, combining practical on-the-job training with study towards the Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship. During the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to develop your talent in business analytics, learn how data depositories such as our CRM tool are administered, understand how a B.I. solution is managed, and how it aids commercial decision making.
