The (Senior) Consultant, Project Management will work in close collaboration with the Head of Data & Analytics to manage workflows, plan capacities, and support practice and product commercials. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising staffing, matching skill sets with projects, and ensuring quality standards and business requirements are met. They will also partner with the various project teams to manage financial health on projects.What You'll DoBe the first port of call for internal team members regarding data & analytics needsSupport analytics projects from the research design over execution to feedback and learningsTrack the group's financial health and aid in forecastingManage the execution of various types of analytics projects in parallelImplement processes for effective and efficient project managementAllocate and redistribute resources to deliver projects on time and on budgetsDraft and manage scopes of workScope and track budgets and timelines, present status updates and anticipate risksLiaise with external vendorsDemonstrates a high level of integrity and asks the necessary questions to manage firm and client data responsiblyUnderstands FTI's values, Code of Ethics and the Strategic Communications Rules of Practice and demonstrates a strong commitment to applying these concepts in daily interactions with colleagues and clients.
