To execute this transformation, we need a Change and Comms Lead with the experience and passion to help support the team responsible for Personal Productivity, BCG's team who manage a suite of products that enable personal productivity. This includes laptops, mobiles, Macs, Windows10 and Office add-ons. The team are also central to the digital enablement and evolution of personal productivity tools to support hybrid working.
The Change & Comms Lead will bring deep Change Management expertise and experience collaborating with technical delivery teams. You will work with a team of specialized experts deployed to squads to support the delivery of BCG's Personal Productivity products. You will partner with other Change Managers in the Change Management CoE to identify, use, and contribute to best practices and lessons learned. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver Agile Change Management approaches for Personal Productivity and hybrid working products, focused on embedding the products into the business and realizing business benefits.
- Conduct Stakeholder Assessments, identifying key stakeholders and areas of focus; develop Stakeholder Engagement Plans to address and mitigate risks.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments, identifying risks to delivery/adoption; articulate practical and actionable mitigation activities.
- Develop and deliver tactical and strategic Communication Plans, aligned to the overall Change Management approach, and designed to support the adoption of Personal Productivity products
- Write, review, and send tactical and strategic communications
- Develop and deliver training approaches, aligned to overall Change Management approach, and designed to support the adoption of Personal Productivity products
- Identify, baseline and track Change Management KPIs and metrics
- Act as a strategic advisor to Product Owners to identify change impacts and advise on necessary mitigation steps
- Engage with product squad to understand the 3-6 month roadmap. Proactively identify and articulate upcoming change and marketing priorities to support the roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers, and vendors to facilitate change activities
- Dealing with ambiguity
- Change management delivery, ideally in an agile software context
- Setting and driving strategies independently with minimal manager supervision

Education/Experience
- 5+ years of applicable experience in consulting and/or internal, technology-driven Change Management/communications role
- Professional Change Management certification a plus
- Product marketing experience preferred
- University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement
- Management consulting or professional services experience is preferred, as is global experience
- Experience and expertise in digital tools preferred
- Experience in PowerPoint design and video editing a strong plus
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Superb communication skills (fluent verbal and written English)
- Experience working in a professional services or matrixed organisation
The Personal Productivity Change & Comms Chapter drives adoption and utilization of a portfolio of products including MS Office, Windows OS, laptops, Macs and mobile devices. The team proactively engages end users through direct communications, marketing and change management activities. They provide end-to-end product marketing, change management, communications and enablement support to tribe leaders and product owners-from strategy development to detailed planning and execution.
