Job description

Indeed Flex is currently recruiting for a core team of *Temporary Chefs *for restaurants and *stadium events* in and around London.

As you will be working alongside a team of Kitchen Staff, you must have experience in a similar environment cooking dishes based on a set menu to an exceptional standard.

You will be proficient and confident working in all sections of the kitchen.

*Some of the responsibilities of these roles include: *

* Assist in the responsibility for all food production
* Liaise with Head/Lead Chef to ensure all food is prepared

and presented correctly at the required time

* Demonstrate a full understanding of the food specification

sheets and be able to communicate them to the rest of the
team

* Ensure the methods of preparation and presentation

comply with set standards as determined by the Company
food and safety manual

* Ensure that the statutory requirements pertaining to Health & Safety, Hygiene Standards and environmental health.
* Provide the highest standard of personal presentation at

all times.

* Organise the set-up of the area of work in preparation for

service checking there is enough crockery and food to
serve the numbers.

* Reporting shortages to the Lead Chef.

*Requirements: *

* Level 2 Food Safety
* Allergen Expert L2
* Level 1 Safety Awareness
* COSHH Training
* Proven culinary experience as a senior CDP /Sous Chef

*Salary: *Starting at £14.57per hour
