Would you like the chance to work across a wide range of clients from advertisers, publishers, social media brands, and media agencies?The purpose of the Client Manager is to lead delivery of research frameworks against commercial expectations with a focus on value-add delivery and commercial growth in the fast-paced and technically demanding Media Domain team. They will contribute to the overall financial success of the Media Domain.Our Client Managers work on insight projects for some of the world's greatest brands, leading insight, directly with clients, as part of a larger team. They immerse themselves in their client's worlds to really understand their brands, communications and business strategy. We are lucky enough to work with the majority of the world's biggest advertisers, publishers, social media brands and media agencies.With such a variety of clients we also have a huge mix of work, while we specialize in campaign effectiveness and media recommendations, we work closely with other teams within Kantar to deliver the overall story including brand equity, communications development, strategic consultancy and, increasingly, cutting edge research techniques, such as neuroscience, social media and brand analytics.Alongside you'll be located with our Global Thought Leaders, Solutions Experts, R&D and Analytics Gurus.KEY OUTCOMESOpportunity to work across a portfolio of the world's greatest brands, media owners and media agenciesDemonstrating a passion for brands and media, a willingness to learn and a desire and hunger to improve your skillsYou will work through various client projects from Design through to Delivery (from taking the brief to client presentations)Contribute to the production of client deliverables, such as questionnaires and presentations. You will help to ensure the smooth running of research projects, and give input into insight presentationsYou will also learn how a project works from a financial standpoint, and be responsible for the fiscal management of the projectSuccessful candidates will learn to apply our world class techniques in measuring campaign effectiveness and getting the best return on investment possible for media spendCommunicate to a high standard consistently and build effective relationships internally, and with clients, to ensure the smooth running and timely delivery of workWork with Client Directors to develop client relationships and build accountsYou will be expected to contribute to our collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your workWe operate a very open culture and are always keen to provide our people with opportunities to growRole RequirementsMust have strong experience in Quantitative Research, ideally brand and communicationsExceptional communicator (written and verbally) and must have proven client management experienceLine management or ready to take the step into line managementProven in developing and landing actionable insights for the client's organisation#INDGENAt Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
