The Role

To carry out the co-ordination of project tasks for Mailings & TPA Output processes and undertake as necessary regular 'Business as Usual' (BAU) activities as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To co-ordinate changes to TPA output and manage Ad Hoc mailing tasks for Corporate Actions.
  • To process BAU operational tasks in accordance with published procedures, and in adherence with standardised Daily checklists.
  • To manage requests, issues & queries raised by other internal teams or external Third-Party Administrators, escalating where necessary, and providing updates in a timely manner.
  • To continuously review processes and procedures to ensure they are up to date and fit for purpose.
  • To represent the team on projects when applicable.

Key Skills Required
  • Educated to Degree Level and/or previous experience in Financial Services
  • Excellent attention to detail
