JOB TITLE: Consultant - Asset Management

The Role:

The Asset Management practice specialises in advising clients and delivering change across all areas of the investment industry value chain - asset gathering, asset management and asset servicing. We help clients achieve their vision providing guidance and resource for change including operating model design and implementation, organisation design, technology solutioning, data strategy and execution.

Supported by Sionic colleagues, infrastructure and training the Consultant would be expected to develop and maintain client relationships and to deliver quality outputs. We are looking for a self-starter who can problem solve, and who has personal impact in front of clients at all levels.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• To successfully deliver project work for clients including: Analysis; formulating recommendations, presenting findings, managing change; preparing project documentation.
• To build and share knowledge with the wider Sionic organisation.
• Participate in non-client related firm building activities - such as capability development.
• Support client proposals with guidance from others.

• Experience & Skills required:
• Eighteen months to three years of investment industry experience.
• Demonstrable experience of working on change projects.
• Business analysis and/or project management experience.
• Communication skills - ability to create clear and impactful communications
• Relationship building skills - managing senior clients/stakeholders and their teams
• Competent with Powerpoint, Word and Excel
