The Role

We are seeking to recruit a Skills Coach/Assessor for Level 2 Hairdressing Professional Apprenticeship Standard. The candidate would ideally have experience of working with Apprenticeships and work-based qualifications and a background and competency of a minimum of 5 years in the Hairdressing Industry. The candidate also should have a background of delivering and coaching skills, knowledge and behaviours of the Level 2 Hairdressing Professional Apprenticeship Standard. The post holder will be occupational in the Hairdressing Industry, hold a Level 3 Qualification in Hairdressing, an Assessor's award and must have continuous Professional Development in this area. The post holder will be responsible for assuring and embedding high quality in these Apprenticeships. The post holder should have experience of delivering, assessing and preparing a caseload of learners remotely and in the workplace, training them in preparation for their mandatory qualification and their end point assessment.
