Job description

We Are With You are looking to recruit Contract Managers in London and the South East to oversee our Substance Misuse Services. The Contract Manager role is a fast paced role that is responsible for a portfolio which currently includes: Young Person's Services in Kent, Kent Mind and Body young people's health and wellbeing service, Adult Substance Misuse Services in Milton Keynes and the London Boroughs of Lambeth, Wandsworth, Richmond. The Adult Substance Misuse Services are all delivered alongside NHS partners.

The Contracts Manager is required to work collaboratively with senior leaders and managers within the organisation and services to continually improve service delivery, identify and support opportunities for innovation, meet the needs of service users and ensure services are delivered to the highest quality and contractual requirements.

We provide a wide range of services aimed at reducing harm of substance misuse and building recovery with a focus upon empowering people to be the best that they can be. The role will be responsible for ensuring high standards of governance, high performance, motivating a team of managers, helping people to do and be their best.

It requires building and maintaining relationships internally and externally to achieve the organisational strategic objectives, see the organization grow and develop.

You will have a proven track record of developing strong relationships at every level with commissioners and key stakeholders in the health and social care sector.

We are looking for talented candidates who are committed to including our service users and staff within a positive environment in which to grow.

Someone with drive, passion, you will be confident and tenacious, possess excellent interpersonal skills, have proven experience of coaching and developing others and be highly organised with good time management skills.

You will be results driven, a strong leader, with good analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff teams, your management team, and clinicians, our NHS partners, local commissioners and other providers in the sector.

Experience of service or contract management and able to support large staff teams and manage significant budgets.

This job is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level with Barred List(s).

We have 1 permanent post at 37.5hrs per week and 1 year fixed term post at 22.5hrs per week until 31st December 2022.

These are home based roles but will need to be located near to the services provided and required to travel to services regularly across London and South East.

Interviews are planned to be held on google meet.
