Job description

Over the past two years St Mungo's have seen significant growth in corporate partnerships. We are proud to have long-term strategic partnerships with a range of businesses including Jo Malone London, Taylor Wimpey, Nationwide and Barratt Developments who share our commitment to ending homelessness and rebuilding lives.
Like our people, our corporate partnership activity is varied and diverse. No one day is alike. We offer businesses a range of opportunities to invest in our mission to end homelessness and rebuild lives, generate positive PR and brand reputation, increase staff engagement through training and volunteering and reach new audiences through mutually beneficial commercial opportunities.
As the Corporate Partnerships Manager - New Business, you will be responsible for securing new corporate partners across a variety of sectors and types (including strategic, charity of the year, commercial and brand) to help St Mungo's achieve the ambitions of our new five year strategic plan.
What we're looking for
In order to be successful in this role you will have experience working in either a sales, fundraising, recruitment or account management role. You will have secured and developed significant new partnerships.
The successful candidate will enjoy networking and be effective at building relationships with a variety of stakeholders both externally and internally. You will have line management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to effectively prioritise your own time and workload to meet deadlines.

Flexible Working and Pension
We are committed to maintaining your work/life balance. We offer 25 days annual leave, and operate a very popular Flexi Time scheme, which allows you to supplement your
St Mungo's contribute 4% of your gross annual salary, and you are able to enrol in the Defined Contribution scheme following a successful probationary period in which the employer contribution is 6%.

As a homelessness charity and housing association, our clients are at the heart of what we do, and in 20/21 we supported 31,620 people who were either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
