You will be a key client contact representing every component of our offer, navigating internal resources, building credibility and stakeholder relationships. You will have the confidence and credibility to engage with a wide range of senior people, adopting a customer-centric approach and proactively identifying opportunities for us.
Working with our Leadership team, Senior Consultants\/Specialists and the rest of the Consulting team, you will be involved in researching, designing and delivering solutions that add measurable value to our clients.
The type of projects you will work on could range from culture diagnostic assessments through to EX (Employee Experience), and CX (Customer Experience) design, activation, and embedding programmes.
