Our client is a top 10 accountancy and audit firm operating in over 90 countries with over 300 offices worldwide. As part of supporting the firm's audit service line, you will join growing team of over 750 relationship-driven, curious problem solvers who add value to their clients on a daily basis. Their expertise ranges from servicing private, entrepreneurial companies through to UK listed companies, financial services clients and some of the largest FT Global organisations in the world.

Your new role
The organisation have recently set up a Real Estate Valuations branch operating within the Audit Quality Team. As a Senior Survey\/Associate you will play a pivotal role in shaping the new team from the ground up meaning the opportunities for growth are unparalleled. This role is unlike your typical valuations role within a property consultancy as it will allow you to work closely with audit teams across the UK to review valuations and supporting information provided by their audited entities, meaning fewer site visits despite dealing with a huge range of property types across the whole of the UK.

You will attend external meetings and conference calls between audit teams, clients and their advisors, as well as assisting in delivering reports concluding whether the values proposed are reasonable highlighting any areas of risk. You will be using your real estate expertise to act as a consultant to assist the wider business and grow within an ever-expanding industry.

What you'll need to succeed

* MRICS Qualified, RICS Registered Valuer
* Extensive valuation experience across a range of property sectors
* Good knowledge of methodological approaches and technical issues involved in the valuation process including development appraisals
* Exceptional communication skills with a well-developed ability to write concise reports along with the ability to discuss, present any property matters to the audit team and clients when required
* Microsoft Excel skills

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn between \u00A345,000 and \u00A355,000 depending on experience.
