These are what make us such a great team, working together as one to achieve our vision.The roleWe have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Customer Relations Manager in Baycroft Grays Farm Road care home.Location: Orpington, BR5 3ADSalary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum plus competitive commission structureHours: 40 hours per weekYou will be working to build the Baycroft brand within the local community by networking with groups and other agencies to generate referrals into the homeYou will ensure that show suites and rooms are set to the highest standardYou will work to ensure the care home is marketed in order to generate enquired.Following these up with all enquiries and work closely with prospective customers to ensure they are kept fully informed on the progress and structure of moving in to one of our care homesYou will ensure that all information and reports necessary for the key stakeholders and the senior management team are produced and delivered in a timely mannerYou will hold regular meetings with the Marketing Team and General Manager to review progress and discuss following weeks marketing and business development activitiesYou will work to create a positive and successful move in experience for new residents and their familiesWhat you will need to succeedWe are looking for someone who strives to achieve and enjoy sales, believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who ispositive and friendly. The successful candidate will:You will have previous experience working in sales at management level, ideally in within social care and have an understand of care homesYou will have the ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders and potential residentsYou will have strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence people at all levelsYou will have the ability to demonstrate clear passion for the brand and an understanding of the organisations core objectivesYou will be a self-starter that is able to manage their own workload in order to maximise productivity and find creative new ways of workingYou will be computer and technology literate with the ability to update company databases with required informationThe offerOur benefits offer you an array of perks designed with your wellbeing in mind.Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum plus competitive commission structureYour holidays are important to us.
