By joining this leading health data organisation, as Data Engineer, you lead on creating interfaces and mechanisms which enable the flow and access of the organisation's health data. Therefore you'll have responsibility for setting up and operating the organisation's health data infrastructure. As Data Engineer you'll work across all parts of the health data solution. It's a cloud-first environment, therefore you'll design, build, and maintain ETL processes within Azure Data Factory.

Working alongside a Data Architect as a member of the technical services team you'll collaborate with other technical staff such as Software Enginneer, Software Architect, Developers, and Business Intelligence Analysts. The team embraces new technologies, and moreover you have the autonomy and resources to experiment with data engineering solutions.

Application Criteria for this vacancy of Health Data Engineer:

• Experience of working in data engineering with experience of working within a health data environment
• Skilled in building and maintaining all parts of the data solution, including databases, ETL, ELT, and reporting solutions.
• Experiences of working within a SQL Server environment
• Skilled in writing SQL queries, Transact SQL, Stored Procedures, and SQL Packages
• Cloud-Based ETL experience, such as Azure Data Factory

Location & Working Patten:

This health data organisation is based in Central London. The office environment is light, and airy, with an on-site subsidised cafe. You have the option to adopt hybrid working. Hybrid Working means that you if you wish to do so you can work some of the week in the office, and some of the week at home.
