Do you want to use your skills to bring real change to people in greatest need? Tearfund has an exciting opportunity for a Design Support Officer to join their Communications for Development team.

The Communications for Development (C4D) team is building a global community who are learning together, online and offline, to equip themselves with knowledge and skills to face the challenges of poverty and injustice in our world.

The successful applicant will support design processes that uphold Tearfund's brand and have a positive impact in Tearfund's international work. We're looking for a creative and organised individual with a strong understanding of the design process, design file management and brand guardianship across publications, digital channels, e-learning and video.

You will have strong organisational and typographic skills. You will have the expertise and experience to artwork and develop a professional design file as well as the attention to detail to methodically format a Google doc report template.

You will be as comfortable coordinating feedback, files and information for design agencies, as you are advising and equipping international operational staff in generating brand-compliant outputs through templates or Microsoft Word.

As a team we are building communications capacity in Tearfund's international offices. You will be contributing to scalable design infrastructure that will help the brand to be accessible and relevant to producers with and without a design background. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about empowering others to bring sustainable change.

This role is four days per week and can be based in any country where Tearfund is registered and able to employ staff.

Competitive salary based on location.
