General informationDigital Product ExecutiveRef: 21Job InformationDivision:Elior Support ServicesAdvert Closing Date:02/12/2021Number of Hours:Full-timeSalary:£30,000 Per annumContract Type:PermanentLocation:Cheapside, EC2V 6JPWorking EnvironmentActing as the business link between the Elior operators and the various digital apps used within the business for the pre-order and/or delivery of food and beverage options to customers. You will be working closely with the Digital Marketing Team, the Menu Management Team and sector specific menu managers to ensure uniformity of approach in implementing digital solutions. This role would also interact with the app providers and ensure day-to-day issues are flagged, recorded and resolved to ensure business consistency.Job DescriptionYour key responsibilities as Digital Product Executive will consist of:Form a strong working relationship with the relevant App provider, operations and IT teamsRespond to customer feedback in the digital platforms using a pre-defined set of responsesManage customer marketing communications from digital solutions, and organize appropriate customer messaging in site to optimize customer journeySupport operations teams with day to day requests/issuesWork with the App provider to improve the user experience by suggesting and implementing changes to Elior internal processes, the dashboard and the customer interfaceOrganise information and processes in order to streamline the implementation timelines for applications and ensure seamless deliveryEnsure all required data is flowing from menu system into the various apps (in conjunction with StarChef team)Working with sector-specific menu managers to ensure all recipes & menus required for the smooth functioning of the applicationsWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours a weekSkills and ExperienceThe experience and knowledge we are looking for from our future Digital Product Executive includes; Experience and Knowledge: DesiredExperience in managing an IT system/platformExperience in managing an information databaseExcellent communication skillsIntermediate level with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience using the Starchef program or a similar menu management systemPersonal Qualities:Outstanding customer service attitude and approachExcellent telephone manner with ability to liaise with staff at all levelsSuperb interpersonal skillsStrong investigative and diagnostic skillsOutstanding organisational skillsExemplary verbal and written communication skillsExceptional analytical and problem-solving mentality strong attention to detail and qualityFlexible and adaptable in style and approachCapable of working on own initiative as well as within a teamEmpathy with end-users demonstrating patience and understandingAbility to remain calm under pressureBenefitsAs part of your package, we are offering a salary up to £30,000.This role also comes with company pension scheme, life insurance (x4), 31 days holiday - pro-rata (including Bank Holidays), increasing to 33 after 2 completed years' service.
