Job description

This one is a boutique design agency with a great set of responsive clients, a supportive and hands-on ownership \/ management team, and an excellent track record for delivering highly creative work across brand design, strategy, and digital design projects. They are looking for a project manager to join their team to focus on the delivery of technical work as their head of digital (one of the two agency owners) has now stepped into more of a managing director-type role and so needs somebody else to come on board and pick up his delivery responsibilities.

They have a really nice family feel culture, with people spending time with each other after work, but equally they have a good work life balance and don't expect people in the office every day - most of them are doing a 2-3 day split of remote and in office work.

What You'll Be DoingThis is quite a hybrid role with a range of client management and project delivery responsibilities.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading client relationships on a range of clients and projects.
Managing the creative and technical briefing process.
Managing scoping, budgeting, timelines, and scheduling work as well as looking after day to day client finances.

Working with internal resource as well as third parties to ensure work is delivered to standard.
Keeping clients in the loop on project updates and managing creative reviews.
Of course it's the usual agency environment so you'll be mucking in to a bit of everything!Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with experience in the end to end delivery of digital projects and platforms including websites (wordpress, drupal), ecommerce platforms (shopify) and more, ideally in a design or digital agency environment.

You'll very much be involved in the wider agency life, so being comfortable with working closely with clients and being involved in the occasional pitch is important.
