You will form strong collaborations across the organisation to ensure a high level of service and effective and robust processes. You will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent experience of working and communicating with a dispersed community of members and staff, and a demonstrable track record of effective organisational leadership, innovation and good judgement.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is the membership body for paediatricians in the UK and around the world. Founded in 1996, we play a major role in postgraduate medical education, professional standards, research and policy. The College has over 20,000 members and fellows, both in the UK and internationally, and employs around 170 staff across the UK. We exist to transform child health through knowledge, innovation and expertise, and to create a healthier future for children and young people across the world.

RCPCH wants to represent all the communities we serve. Appointment will be made solely on merit. The College is particularly keen to receive applications from Black, Asian and minority ethnic candidates, and/or candidates with a disability who are currently under-represented at this level of the organisation.
