We have an exciting opportunity for a Divisional Quality Manager to join our team within Vistry Partnerships London, at our office in Stratford. As our Divisional Quality Manager, you will be responsible for management and administration of the Partnerships Business Management System, ensuring that regular audit, management review and divisional quality objectives are achieved to facilitate continuing registration.
This position would suit an experienced project manager who aspires to raise the quality of our builds. Alternatively, a building warranty inspector that is aware of NHBC "Technical Requirements" and can assist us in setting the bar here at Vistry.

To liaise with all business units within Vistry Partnerships to provide contractual and technical advice in respect to quality issues as and when required.
Collate monthly CQR data for each Business Unit to carryout defect trend analysis and implement the required mitigation process either by, issue of a Quality Bulletin or changes to the BMS.
Attend quarterly CQR Vistry Partnerships review meetings and assist in facilitating the meeting
Carry out Group Quality site inspections
Help manage, propose and implement amendments in accordance with regulatory/statutory/business requirements to the Business Management System and Forms in unison with BU champions associated with the applicable process. Ensure Change Alerts are issued each time an amendment is made.
Carryout monthly trend Analysis of all non-conformances, observations and complaints made during the reported period to establish the root cause of the issues raised and trends across the Division. Implement mitigation procedures by either issue of Alert Notices or changes to the BMS.
Assist in the collation of the Management Review findings from each Business Unit on an annual basis and issue an encompassing Management Review for consideration by the Partnerships Executive Leadership Team.
To audit the Quality Assurance System across the 10 VP business units to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018 formulate and manage the audit programme, arrange regular auditing in accordance with our accreditation requirements, liaise with the BSI Auditor when carrying out their external audit, carryout third party audits of key members of our supply chain, ensure that the appropriate line managers induct all new starters into their job role specific procedures and existing employees are informed of the revision of procedures and assist with the general administration of the Quality Management System.
