Job description

Having operated as one of, if not the, leading teams within this sector for a number of years, the team are able to boast an enviable list of global brands with whom they have worked and continue to work with. Year on year this team executes a staggering number of transactions including some of the very largest deals in the market. They also have an excellent presence across the mid cap space meaning employees within the team gain access to an incredible number of transactions which are varied in size and nature. With one of the strongest names in M&A the team has an enviable track record and presence within the sector and European M&A in general.

Candidates must currently be at the Associate 1 or 2 level (or equivalent) and ideally candidates will have worked on consumer or retail transactions but candidates with generalist backgrounds and alternative sector experience will also be considered. The successful candidate is likely to come from a top tier investment bank, elite or specialist boutique or one of the Big 4 firms (if you have experience in M&A).
