WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will join a critical function at an exciting time as we build our Employee Relations team. This role will manage an Employee Relations Lead. We are looking for a motivated individual to manage various employee relations initiatives across the firm. An initial area of focus will be to work with BCG leaders in building a Speak Up program for the firm including the implementation of a case management system.

This role will lead investigations and manage the overall process including determining roles and responsibilities when other HR/local investigators are involved; to include engaging external support if needed. This will also include maintaining records in the case management system and creating investigation reports and conclusions.

The Employee Relations Manager will develop global minimum standards for investigations. Additionally, they will analyze available information and evaluate each situation to determine appropriate course of action. Reviewing data and trends, this role will report themes and proposed recommendations to multiple key stakeholders for future planning.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Exceptional work experience within a complex ER environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Relevant investigation experience
  • High level of English proficiency (written and spoken), further language skills beneficial
  • Ability to balance interests in highly sensitive situations and achieve consensus
  • High level of thoroughness for documentation
  • Capacity to analyze complex problems and derive conclusions
  • Ability to work successfully in a team
  • Capacity to work in an interdisciplinary and cross-functional setting
  • BCG and/or professional service preferred
  • Experience within a global environment preferred
