It all begins with you.Market Job DescriptionUse of this job is restricted to Corporate Risk. The Enterprise Risk team is responsible oversight and strategic direction of enterprise risk, governance and reporting programs. Supports management ownership of functional or enterprise programs such as liquidity oversight, treasury oversight, enterprise risk appetite, new product approval process and risk data aggregation programs through several Enterprise Risk Programs and Level 1 Risk Types; guides and directs the organization in terms of policies, effectiveness of enterprise-wide initiative execution, and reporting to the Board. Provides oversight and challenge for corporate governance risk programs that may cover multiple front lines with moderate to high risk. May develop, implement, and monitor enterprise risk-based governance programs. May create new policies and guidelines; considered subject matter expert regarding interpretation. Identifies training opportunities. Designs or coordinates development of training and delivers or coordinates delivery of training. Develops and manages risk reporting for governance programs supported. Monitors and reports on current and emerging risk and risk appetite. Consults and implements initiatives with moderate to high risk. Internal interface with business regarding risk management. Limited to no external interaction.
