The goal is to develop fund-level impact measurement, clearly showing the outcomes that the companies we invest in are having on key stakeholders. We are looking for individuals with the capability to develop market leading and multi-dimensional fund reporting, showing thematic alignment, case studies, and incorporating clear KPIs that can be monitored over time. Working with stakeholders across the business will be a key aspect, from investment teams to distribution, developing and delivering compelling impact measurement that meets internal, client and regulatory needs. It is expected that you will also be committed to the impact measurement and reporting's ongoing evolution as a nascent but strategically important area for the industry. "I can succeed as an ESG Specialist at Capital Group" You will take a lead role in developing and delivering fund impact measurement and reporting with a strong narrative around impact and thematic alignment. You will engage with our investment teams as they articulate theses for stock holdings, sourcing and establishing relevant and measurable impact KPIs that can be tracked over time You'll develop narratives that demonstrate thematic and SDG alignment in a fund process Taking a lead role developing and executing ESG impact reporting, you'll work with senior members of our investment teams on assessing and monitoring impact across portfolios. You'll partner with investment operations and technology teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure reports are as scalable as possible, and meet regulatory and compliance needs You'll build internal fluency on our ESG impact measurement and monitoring, collaborating with distribution leadership and investment directors to ensure that client needs are being met Becoming a key internal expert on impact measurement and reporting, you'll drive ongoing improvement in these areas. You'll work with external groups to ensure our work on impact and fund level ESG reporting continues to evolve in line with best practice. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
