You contribute to the development of products, services, and experiences that disrupt markets, generate value, and positively impact millions of lives.As a Senior Project Analyst in ECO, you will contribute to the delivery of mission-critical projects through project stages from planning to post launch and transition. Your scope will include a range of projects supporting the Europe & Asia business - inclusive of business, process, technology and organizational change efforts. Through your strength in both business analysis and leading teams, collaborating to solve problems, and driving for results, you will bring clarity and structure to ambiguous business problems. With limited supervision, you will successfully navigate a complex environment with project teams, business partners, leadership, external parties, and other stakeholders to deliver on Capital's business priorities.You will act as a resource for business contacts regarding project management, business analysis and change capabilities, and contribute to the development of the Enterprise Change Office globally, particularly across Europe & Asia. You will support the establishment of the ECO brand across the regions, and leverage existing ECO services and capabilities while also developing new services as appropriate to support the Europe and Asia portfolio needs. You have meaningful project experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams, business analysis, process design/re-engineering/optimization and implementing workflow solutions. You have a solid understanding of the asset management industry with several years of experience. You are a skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You've facilitated effective meetings, ranging in size with diverse audiences. You develop compelling visual and written content targeted to your audience that enables decision making. You are a strong, critical thinker with demonstrated ability to analyze challenges and develop thoughtful recommendations. You are a collaborative problem solver, ensuring key stakeholders are involved to reach effective and supported decisions. You are skilled at establishing, nurturing and growing working relationships with clients, team members and shared services upon which you rely. You have strong organization skills, you are a driver, self-directed and focused on delivering tangible value to the business. Preferred: You have worked in agile environments and understand the agile mindset, one of flexibility, comfort with ambiguity and familiarity with agile project management practices.
