About the Role:

I've been approached by one of my Façade specialists to recruit an Estimator due to winning new projects across the UK. You will be office based in their office in Basildon, surrounded by professionals who work closely as a team to deliver packages on time and within budget. Within this role, you will be client-facing, preparing tenders up to the value of £3 Million and it will be your responsibility to ensure the tenders are delivered successfully. About the Employer:

Our client is a specialist Façade contractor, specialising in various envelope systems, such as Lightweight framing, Rainscreen Cladding, Render, Curtain Walling & Windows, who have built an outstanding industry reputation on delivering first class construction packages within both Residential and Commercial Sectors. Established for 10 Years they've spearheaded the industry with dynamic approach and have built / maintained strong client relationships with some of the UK's largest construction firms including Berkeley Homes, Buckingham Group and Kier. With recent growth they're on track for turning over £9m this year and this energetic company are focussed on expanding the business and financial growth.

About the benefits/rewards:

You will be well rewarded for your hard work with a remuneration package that will correspond to the individual's experience and skills. The guideline basic salary is £40,000 - £55,000 (Negotiable), however, this will be dependent upon the specific skills and experience of each individual.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years experience with a reputable Facades or building envelope contractor. Degree qualified preferred. Most importantly the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, and keen to progress your career further. You will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player. A consistent employment record is essential with at least two years at each employer.
