Job description

Principal Responsibilities

• Work with regional and global business management team as a trusted partner and support their business management needs
• Produce systematic and accurate set of business and control MI
• Assist with preparing material for Business Control Forums and Committees
• Assist with execution of critical business change initiatives to help oversee and manage the delivery of the overall strategy
• Maintain and update of policies and procedures
• Specific duties will vary from time to time depending on business needs

Key Competencies & Qualifications

• The candidate is expected to be a graduate of one of the leading Universities,
• Previous experience in financial services is preferred with an understanding of how an Investment Bank works at an operational level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools - in particular Excel and Power Point
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter; ability to identify, plan, and execute projects to ensure efficient and utmost use of technology
• The individual should be exceptionally motivated, ambitious and intellectually curious; enthusiastic team player with strong analytical skills; results-focused achiever, responsible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
