* The team provides clients with prompt, practical advice covering all the legal and business issues for the effective ownership and management of commercial properties.
* Our clients include private property companies, entrepreneurs, funds, charities, institutions, banks, international investors and high net worth individuals.

What you'll need to succeed

Skills and Experience

* Interest and enthusiasm in all aspects of Commercial Property
* Efficient communication skills and the ability to communicate advice to the person receiving it
* The ability to deal with many matters at any one time
* The organisation skills to keep files in order and to move transactions to completion effectively

* Good basic knowledge relating to the practice areas
* Efficient communication skills and the ability to communicate advice to the person receiving it

* Applicants should combine high intellectual calibre with a pragmatic and commercial approach to the law
* An enthusiasm for teamwork and an ability to assume responsibility and deal efficiently with a varied and often demanding workload are key requirements
* The candidate will be expected to become an integral part of an established and highly regarded team

Education and Qualifications

* The candidate will hold a minimum 2.1 degree and a training contract from a mid-sized or city firm.
