General Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Creating reports that showcase your assessment of each centre and your recommendations of strengths and improvements
• Ensuring the company is constantly striving to be well co-ordinated and productive by ensuring all operational procedures are streamline and in line with company values
• Assess the resources within each centre, for example are teams overstaffed or understaffed?
• Salary reviews for each centre team
• Ensuring that the job responsibilities of each centre are balanced and working effectively & efficiently
• Review of internal operational processes
• Consideration of staff rotation across the centres
• Build a community between clients
• Review operational costs such as staffing, cleaning and security
• Mentoring and coaching, helping guide others and leading by example

• Minimum 5 years' experience in managing multiple buildings in an operational role
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Desire to maintain our high standards
• Ability to lead a team successfully
• Can work within a fast-paced environment
• Typical work experience includes project management within the proven ability to prioritise, handle risk, control cost, adhere to timeline and manage project teams.
• Proven record of problem solving
• Training and qualifications gained that relate to this role
