Cyberteam are a well-established boutique IT Recruitment Consultancy, due to our success we are expanding and growing into a great business and want to maintain and keep our fantastic working culture.

We are specialists in permanent and contract IT recruitment based in London. We are currently looking to recruit a Graduate Trainee/IT Recruitment Resourcer to work at our Central London office.

Cyberteam was founded in 2004 and has enjoyed great success over the last 16 years. The company now focuses in five key business markets where we have substantial industry knowledge and expertise, namely Information Security, Business Transformation, Big Data, Finance & Commercial.

As a Graduate Trainee/IT Recruitment Resourcer you will be given training on all aspects of Recruitment in IT sector, support, and most of all guidance from our very experienced team.

After the training on the recruitment resourcing process you will become a Resourcer for a senior consultant. Your daily tasks will include writing and posting adverts, identifying candidates for the roles available, screening CVs and interviewing candidates.

You must be an excellent communicator, with confidence, maturity and you must be motivated and have the desire to succeed in this market.

In return, we will offer you a salary £20,000, training by an experienced consultant and the opportunity to develop within the organisation and become a successful recruitment consultant.

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer will be:

• managing job seekers whilemaintaining a regular working relationship,
• sourcing new candidates for available roles from various job boards, LinkedIn and our own database,
• ensuring all job seekers are correctly recorded on the database,
• responsible for compliance activities

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer role offers:

• Basic Salary - £20,000 per annum
• Based - in London Office
• Commission on all roles placed
• OTE of £ 60,000
• Basic Salary Escalator Scheme
• 25 days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays
• Hours - 8.30am to 5.00pm - no overtime required - Corporate emphasis of good work/lifestyle balance
• LinkedIn Recruiter Licence for all Consultants
• Job Boards available
• Office Mobile phone allows Consultants to operate 24/7 to build their Practice
