Job description

Our client a leading active fund manager require a "Group Regulatory Reporting Manager" on a 6-9 month fixed term contract.

The role will be focused on the businesses prudential regulation, and will report into the Chief Compliance & Legal Officer and Head of Compliance. The individual will have responsibility for the delivery of internal and external regulatory reporting requirements for all the key regulated entities. In addition the role will provide an oversight function for all aspects of prudential and conduct business regulation within the UK and Internationally.

On a daily basis the individual will perform the following;

• Responsible for the pillar 2 ICAAP process and Pillar 3 disclosures
• Lead on the IFR and develop the ICARA reporting process
• Interpret and implement global regulatory rules and ensure group entities are compliant
• Assist in developing and implementing internal financial and conduct rules regulatory reporting suite, and ensure Group regulatory reporting is accurate. Relevant regulations include FCA, SEC, AMF, BaFIN, CNMV, ASIC, FINMA
• Improve oversight and control activities
• Preparation of key pillar 1 regulatory returns including FSA001, FSA002, FSA003, FIN068

Requirements;

• Strong experience in regulatory reporting for listed asset management entities
• Detailed understanding of FCA prudential standards especially GENPRU and BIPRU
• Understanding of the IFR regime due to be implemented in 2022
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
